Bookings can be made by telephone, email or post but can only be confirmed once we have received a completed Booking Form and payment. Please print out the Booking Form, fill it in and send it to us with your remitance. Click here to view and print our Booking Form or we can email or post it to you if you prefer. For same day lessons Booking Forms are filled in prior to the lesson. |
